Influencer Spotlight
This is Yama Masakoya Mai's Agurayama. Look at how bright that is. The color is actually crazy, and the powder looks very creamy. It's hard to pick up a smell from this one. I'm kind of not getting a lot. It doesn't smell bitter or astringent. It just smells kind of soft. It's very soft and mild compared to the Shikibunomukashi. No astringency or bitterness at all. It's quite like sweet and creamy, honestly. I would say the umami level is like mild, a medium bodied taste. This one is really good for every day for people that really like the flavor of matcha, but they don't really care for something to be really umami for every day. I would definitely pick this over like an Izuzu equivalent. That one's just too light for me. That's really good.
