All three featured some degree of bitterness and astringency/chalkiness and a simple flavor profile. This one is the most mild in taste and aroma. It is the least bitter out of the three, and has a slight astringency. I noticed seaweedy notes, and it is the most savory one out of the three. I didn’t get as much umami from this one compared to the Organic Ceremonial Blend. I feel that prices (taken from Amazon) are on the higher side for the quality. I would opt to pair these blends with some kind of sweetener for a balanced drink rather than drinking them in plain matcha lattes.
