Trying Day 3 of @theroasterspack 2025 Matcha Advent Calendar - Hawa Matcha. First impressions: Ceremonial Shizuoka Blend. Ratio used for usucha: 2g matcha, 60g water. Sweet, nutty (walnut), vegetal (pea) notes. The matcha is slightly bitter and astringent though not in an unpleasant way. Overall pleasant, mellow and refreshing in an usucha.
