Premium Grade Toyokage Ceremonial Uji Matcha

I really liked this matcha. I personally like the Premium Grade the best. It has a decent green color and a more complex flavor profile compared to the Classic Grade. It is slightly sweet and floral, with grassy and umami notes, and a bit of nuttiness. It has a slight bitterness and astringency, less than the Classic Grade. In a latte, I found it to be quite sweet and nutty, no need for sweetener. I would recommend the Premium and Heritage Grades for others, as they stand alone well without sweetener. I also find this to be a great price for the quality you get.
