Today I'll be reviewing another Amazon matcha find.. As soon as I opened the tin, I noticed a bright, vivid green powder with a sweet aroma that leaned slightly floral, chocolatey, and nutty.. The powder sifted beautifully and whisked up into a thick, creamy microfoam.. Mixed with my usual oat milk in a latte, this matcha was medium-bodied and very creamy, smooth, and naturally sweet.. I picked up nutty and umami notes with a touch of bitterness but no astringency at all.. This one tasted like ice cream.. I may have found my new favorite matcha powder on Amazon.. I'm giving this one a 4.5 out of 5.
