This powder has a lovely sweet and umami aroma! It was pleasantly silky like tofu with slight edamame notes. It has minimal astringency and bitterness. It had more of a prominent grassy flavor in a latte. I would recommend the Premium and Heritage Grades for others, as they stand alone well without sweetener. However, I would lean more towards purchasing the Premium Grade as it is a good middle ground in terms of price and complexity. I find this to be a reasonable price for the complexity you get.
