The powder is a bit dull in color, but the aroma is sweet, creamy, chocolatey, and nutty. The sweetness comes through clearly, along with hazelnut-like nuttiness. This matcha has prominent sweetness and nuttiness with minimal bitterness that I enjoyed best in a latte! Unfortunately I did not enjoy this matcha as an usucha. I find this to be pricey for the quality of matcha powder.
