Neon Mellow

I've been seeing this brand all over my feed the last couple of months, and I was excited to finally give it a try.. The one I tried today is their Neon Mellow blend.. It's described as a bright neon matcha straight from Japan, and honestly, that's exactly what it was.. The powder smelled sweet and nutty with a touch of umami and some soft floral notes.. When I paired it with my usual oat milk, it turned out creamy with a nice balance of nutty and light umami flavors.. There was a gentle astringency that added some depth, but the milk mellowed it out beautifully, leaving a soft, balanced finish.. I'd say this is perfect for anyone who loves a nutty, creamy matcha with a little edge to it.. I give it a 4 out of 5.
