Nodoka

Aroma is vegetal and a bit nutty. As an usucha, it's overall light and slightly creamy. I noticed grassy and umami notes, with hints of floral notes. There was little to medium astringency, and a bit of tart aftertaste. As a latte, grassy notes and tart aftertaste are muted. It becomes more umami forward. This is better consumed as a latte. Ippodo Nodoka is more accessible and cheaper compared to MK Haru Kasumi.

The matcha is super green. It's very dark as well. It's very light and creamy. I want to say it's like kind of sweet naturally too. The finish is slightly astringent, but even though it smelled bitter, it's not very bitter.
