Harukasumi

Aroma - Floral and grassy. As an usucha, incredibly light and smooth, a bit creamy. It has floral, sweet, and subtle umami notes, no astringency and with mild sweet aftertaste. If spring is in the form of matcha, then this is it. The latter has won my heart with its stunning profile. As a latte, most notes are muted except for umami. It is better consumed as an usucha. I would repurchase MK Haru Kasumi in a heartbeat.
