This is called Midori Spring Organic Emerald. Normally with organic matcha, the powder is not that bright and it's really dull. Honestly, for being organic, this is still pretty bright, but this one's just slightly more dull and brown. It smells kind of astringent, but hopefully the milk mellows this out. It doesn't really have a strong matcha flavor. It's pretty mild. Yeah, it just really tastes like really bland. Like there's a slight earthy flavor. There's actually not that much bitterness or astringency, but it's like really, really mild. And at the very end, there's like a slight like powdery gritty texture at the very end though. This isn't bad, but for me, it's just okay. I would only use this for like those fun types of lattes that I would make. I wouldn't really drink this on its own.
