It was love at first sight. From the first sip, I was immediately hooked. The umami and sweet notes were in perfect balance, accompanied by a smooth and creamy finish that makes the drink so pleasant. There’s no bitterness nor astringency at all. I love it as an usucha, and it was even better as a latte. I think it is comparable to MK Wako or Ippodo Sayaka. It easily earns a spot on my top 5 matcha.
