One of the things I love about it is its accessibility.. It's affordably priced and easy to find on Amazon.. Upon opening the tin, I was greeted by a sweet aroma with strong umami notes and subtle floral hints.. The color is a vibrant green, and when sifted, the powder was very fine and buttery.. Prepared with my usual oat milk, this matcha was medium to full bodied.. On the palette, it is creamy and smooth with rich umami and nutty undertones and gentle vegetal notes.. This is the perfect everyday matcha for anyone who enjoys a strong savory profile.. I'd give Hayashiya's Shoshin a solid 4 out of 5.
